Ongoing care and maintenance is necessary in order to preserve the function and beauty of your space over time. We also recognize that our clients’ needs are far from stationary, and as their circumstances change in the future, small alterations to the project may be desired.

Routine Maintenance
Cliff and Evans will work with you to establish a detailed maintenance schedule and coordinate with the appropriate trade professionals. No one knows your space and all of the systems and products inside of it better than us!
Some examples of ongoing maintenance services may include:
- Routine servicing of mechanical equipment
- Re-sealing and cleaning of grout, porcelain and natural stone surfaces
- Window and eavestrough cleaning
- Irrigation and lighting system maintenance
